A science-based course on why sugar is hard to quit — and what to do about it
Sugar is everywhere, it's addictive by design, and the food industry has spent decades making it harder to avoid. This course unpacks the biology behind cravings and blood sugar dysregulation, the cultural forces that normalize overconsumption, and why standard advice ("just eat less sugar") fails most people. No challenge, no rules — just a clear-eyed understanding of what's actually going on. A strong foundation for anyone considering the Breaking Free from Sugar program.

Breaking Free From Sugar
A 5-week structured program with a 10-day no-added-sugar challenge
Built on behavior change science, this program guides participants through the biology of sugar dependence, the emotional and social patterns that sustain it, and a structured protocol for resetting the biology that drives cravings. The centerpiece is a 10-day No-Added-Sugar Challenge, preceded by preparation and followed by a sustainability phase. Participants leave with practical tools and a clear personal framework for a lower-sugar life.
Outcomes (452 alumni, 2025): 94.7% successfully reduced sugar intake; 98.7% would recommend to a colleague.

Take a Break from Alcohol
A 1-month program for employees who want to reset their relationship with alcohol
Alcohol is woven into workplace culture — celebrations, client dinners, end-of-week decompression. This program doesn't take a position on whether participants should drink; it helps them figure out whether their current habits are serving them. Over four weeks, participants learn the science of alcohol's effects, how to navigate social situations without it, practical substitutes for the wind-down ritual, and what a reset period can reveal about tolerance and dependence. Grounded in curiosity, not judgment.

5-Day Breakfast Makeover
A low-lift entry point with measurable impact
Most people know breakfast matters. This program shows exactly why — and makes it easy to act on. Over five days, participants learn how a protein- and fat-centered morning meal stabilizes blood sugar, reduces afternoon cravings, and improves energy across the full day. Short daily videos, simple swaps, and built-in reflection make this accessible even for people with demanding schedules. An effective standalone offering and a strong entry point to the sugar programs.
