I virtually attended Dr. Andy's "Let's Talk About Sugar" and I am so glad I did. It was an incredible workshop full of factual information, concrete explanations, great graphics and just the right amount of personal stories for the information to hit home. There was no blaming and no shaming... instead Dr. Andy thoroughly explained how so many of our deep seated issues with nutrition have been influenced by our domestic policies, often without our consent or awareness. I appreciate that Dr. Andy reminds us that we have the freedom and agency of choice and that when we are looking to improve our health and make better choices it is an exploration of and for ourselves. If we get off track on occasion we can always make a different choice the next time. One of the best "making a change" programs I have ever attended. Thank you Dr. Andy!
