This interdisciplinary Fall Program focuses on building immunity and resilience through daily practices, food choices, supplementation, movement and breathwork. It is designed to help you strengthen your body's innate resources so you can reset and prepare for the seasons ahead.

  • Session 1 (October 15) -- Why Detox in the Fall?

    In traditional East Asian Medicine, autumn is the season of the Lungs, Large Intestine, skin, and immune system — all connected to how we release, protect, and renew. A seasonal detox helps the body clear out what it no longer needs, strengthening both physical defenses and emotional boundaries before winter.

  • Session 2 (October 22) -- Traditional East Asian Medicine Wisdom for Fall: Letting Go & Strengthening Within

    In East Asian Medicine, fall is the season of the Lungs and the Metal Element, which are associated with the emotions of grief, reflection, and letting go. The Metal Element governs your body’s natural boundaries: lungs, skin, gut, and immune system. You’ll also discover practices that move and clear stagnant qi.

    Session 3 (October 29) -- The Gut's Role in Immunity

    The gut isn’t just where digestion happens — it’s where 70% of your immune system lives, and it’s deeply connected to how you process stress, emotion, and energy.

    Session 4 (November 5): The Nervous System: A Whole-Body Approach to Immunity

    How you manage stress is directly related to how your immune system responds to threats. We'll explore the amazing intelligence of the nervous system as it relates to both physical and emotional well-being.


    Session 5 (November 12) -- Preparing for Winter (and the rest of the year): Nourish, Defend, and Deepen

    As we inch closer to the next phase of the seasonal cycle, winter invites us to slow down, restore, and fortify our immunity from the inside out. This session focuses on strategies to further your immune resilience and create habits for the long-term.
