Creating a pathway to your future self
One of the things I teach often in my programs is developing a relationship with your future self. That’s YOU, but 6 months, a year, or 5 years from now. Every possible future outcome has its seeds in the current you. The challenge to ending up in the best place a year from now is, of course, is taking all the needed steps to get there.

8 Weeks to the Summer You is on deck!
April 22nd to June 16th (start any time in the last two weeks of April, and we’ll go 8 weeks from there)
Since you likely already know what you “should” be doing with your food, exercise, sleep, and hydration (but not DOing it as consistently as you would like) this is a mentoring program more than a group program.
This is all about YOU, focusing on your own goals, at your pace, with a custom plan to get you there. Each person will be focusing on different things. Could be:
Walking 8-10,000 steps per day
Eating more protein and less carbs
Cutting-out sugar and flour
Eating JUST whole foods (that’s what I’m going to focus on)
Implementing a better sleep protocol
Starting or deepening a meditation practice
Finding more effective and consistent ways to manage stress
